Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail) to Konffa Ltd, icess@konffa.fi.
The fee for any amendments is 15 €/registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 15 €. An invoice handling fee of 10 € is added in case of invoice.
Cancellations will be accepted until 15th of May, 2023 with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50 €. After this no refunds will be given. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected obstacle in participation after deadline.
